Out of Store Items:

Nipawin Embroidery & Design Ltd. will not be held responsible for replacement of any items brought in from out of store. Items must be cleaned or new with tags to be accepted for decoration.

Payments:

We offer e-Transfer, Debit, Visa & Master Card as payment options.

Business cheques are accepted and can be mailed in/dropped off.

We encourage customers to pay via e-Transfer. Ask how you could save if paying by E-transfer!

Pick-up:

Orders can be pre-paid with E-transfer and someone else may pickup for you. Orders must be paid for in full prior pickup.

Freight:

Effective March 1st, 2021 an $8.00 freight charge per supplier (not per item) will be applied to orders that need to be ordered in to help offset the rising freight costs. $10.00 will be applied to AJM International orders. This is only a portion of the freight we will take care of the rest for you.

Special orders and promotional items are quoted separately.

Returns:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for store credit only. Tags must be attached and receipt supplied or under your account for us to locate. Excludes clearance items.

Responsibility:

Nipawin Embroidery & Design Ltd. is not responsible for any discrepancies with information/spelling supplied from customers. Please ensure you have the correct spelling before giving us the information. 

Nipawin Embroidery & Design Ltd. will not be held responsible for replacement of any garments/items that were purchased/brought in from else where if anything were to happen in regards to oil spots, rips, needle holes, melting fabric etc. as they were not purchased from our store and can not be replaced. Out of store items are at your own risk, we do our best to decorate these items and have had very little things go wrong.
